My Mentor: Alun Davies

I started my journey with Alun in 2018 as a Regional Sales Manager in Smollan. Over the two years he mentored me, he guided me with a growth mind set to exceed my goals.

I was afforded an opportunity to attend our Group’s Women in Leadership Programme in 2019 and was then promoted into a Go to Marketer Manager in 2021.He supported me in learning how to set attainable goals that I could achieve. He developed and guided me to be the best version of myself and to never settle for anything less.

Alun’s kindness, willingness to share his own experiences and wisdom while listening closely, are all qualities from which I have learned. Beyond that, as a mentor he has always tried to help me become a better human being and encouraged me to always be myself rather than trying to mold me to his perspective.

His constant support has been invaluable.
